1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, tools, and platform (the "Services") provided by [Glober Security legal entity name] ("Glober", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. The Services
Glober provides security assessment and monitoring services, including a free external website grade, connected code security audits, external exposure assessment and monitoring, and — under separate written engagement — authorized security testing and advisory services.
3. Authorization & acceptable use
You may use the Services only to assess systems, domains, code, or assets that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You represent and warrant that you have such authorization for every target you submit. You will not use the Services to assess, scan, or test any third party without their authorization, nor for any unlawful purpose. Active testing (penetration testing) is provided only under a signed engagement with a defined scope, rules of engagement, and verified authorization; it is not available on a self-serve basis.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
5. Fees
Some Services are free; paid Services are described at the time of purchase or in an order form or engagement agreement. [Insert billing terms.]
6. Data
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy and Trust Center. We store findings, not your source code; scans run in isolated, ephemeral environments; we do not train models on your code.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Security testing cannot guarantee the discovery of all vulnerabilities, and a clean result is not a guarantee of security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glober will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to [the amount you paid in the prior 12 months / other cap]. [To be set by counsel.]
9. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Glober harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, including any assessment of a target for which you lacked authorization.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. [Venue / arbitration clause to be set by counsel.]
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
